If you cancel

Less than 7 days before your arrival, you forfeit 100% of your total accommodation

less than 30 days before your arrival, you forfeit 100% of your deposit
less than 60 days before your arrival, you forfeit 50% of your deposit
There is a standard minimum charge of R100.00 on cancellations
In the event of a cancellation, refunds are subject to the
discretionary deduction of any credit card charges and/or commissions
incurred by the establishment
